We currently offer delivery within the Greater Edmonton area and free local pickup near Sherwood Park.

At this time, shipping is available on select smaller items only. Larger items (such as crates, pens, and bulky gear) are not eligible for shipping due to size and handling requirements.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

🐾 Pre-Loved Items

Our pre-loved items are carefully selected, inspected, and thoroughly cleaned before being offered for sale.

As these items are not brand new, they may show minor signs of previous use. By purchasing pre-loved items, you acknowledge and accept their condition.
